How is payment handled for monthly plans?
Payment is collected monthly in advance, either by cash, card, or bank transfer at our Cairo studio. Invoices are issued at the start of each billing cycle, and our front desk can confirm the exact due date for your plan.
What is included in the lesson price?
Each plan covers weekly lessons with a qualified instructor, use of studio instruments during class time, and a written progress note or plan depending on your tier. Instruments for home practice are not included in the listed price.
Can I switch between piano and guitar lessons?
Yes, beginners on the Standard or Premium plans can request a switch between piano and guitar at the start of a new month, subject to instructor availability. Let our staff know at least one week before your next billing cycle.
Is there a refund if I miss a lesson?
Missed lessons can be rescheduled within the same month if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We do not offer cash refunds for missed sessions, but make-up lessons are arranged based on studio and instructor availability.
Do you offer trial lessons before committing to a plan?
We offer a single introductory lesson for new students at a reduced rate, allowing you to meet the instructor and try the studio before selecting a monthly plan. Contact us to check current availability for trial sessions in Cairo.
Are there additional costs beyond the monthly fee?
The monthly fee covers instruction and studio time as described in each plan. Sheet music, method books, or a personal instrument for home practice are purchased separately and are not included in the listed lesson pricing.
